VISION MATE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) complies with applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act, and establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy to safely manage users’ personal information.

However, if a retention period is prescribed by applicable laws and regulations, the information will be retained for the period required by such laws and regulations.

    • Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose processing purpose has been achieved will be destroyed without delay.
      • Information in electronic file format will be deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.
      • Paper documents will be shredded or incinerated.

  • Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information

    • The Company takes the following measures to protect personal information:
      • Minimizing access rights and providing related training
      • Installing security programs and conducting regular inspections
      • Storing and managing records of access to personal information
